What industrial fields can TSP polycrystals be used in?

TSP polycrystalline can be used in the following industrial fields in addition to its important applications in oil drilling and geological exploration:

- Mechanical processing field

With its high hardness, wear resistance and thermal stability, it is able to carry out high-efficiency and high-precision cutting on non-ferrous metals, non-metallic materials and some difficult-to-machine materials to improve machining efficiency and quality and reduce tool loss.

o Saw blades: used for cutting various hard and brittle materials, such as stone, ceramics, glass and so on. During the cutting process, TSP polycrystalline saw blades are able to maintain sharp edges, reduce chipping and cracking during cutting, improve cutting precision and surface quality, and extend the service life of the saw blades at the same time.

- Mold Manufacturing Field

o Wire drawing dies: used for drawing metal wires or non-metal wires, such as copper and aluminum wires in the wire and cable industry, as well as chemical fiber wires in the chemical fiber industry, etc. TSP polycrystalline wire drawing dies have high abrasion resistance and smooth surfaces, which enable the drawn wires to have high dimensional accuracy and good surface quality, and can withstand long time pulling force, reducing the frequency of tooling replacement.

o Stamping die: in stamping processing, TSP polycrystalline can be used as the wear-resistant coating or insert material of the die to improve the die's wear-resistant ability and anti-impact performance, to ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the stamped parts, to prolong the service life of the die, and to reduce the cost of production.

- Electronic information field

o Chip processing: In the process of chip manufacturing, TSP polycrystalline tools can be used for cutting, scribing and other processes, high-precision processing of silicon wafers, sapphire and other semiconductor materials. Its high hardness and wear resistance can ensure that the sharpness and precision of the tool is maintained during the processing, reduce the damage to the chip material, and improve the production efficiency and yield rate of the chip.

o Circuit Board Processing: Used for processing printed circuit boards (PCB), it can accurately cut and drill the copper foil, insulation layer and other materials on the circuit board to ensure the dimensional accuracy and electrical performance of the circuit board, and to meet the requirements of electronic equipment for miniaturization of circuit boards and high precision.

- Other industrial fields

o Glass Processing: Used in glass cutting, drilling and grinding processes, TSP polycrystalline tools are able to realize high-precision processing on the glass surface, reduce the phenomenon of glass breakage and chipping, improve the quality and efficiency of glass processing, and are suitable for the processing of various glass products such as architectural glass, automotive glass, optical glass and so on. o Ceramic Processing: Used in the processing of ceramic products, TSP polycrystalline tools are suitable for the processing of ceramic products.

o Ceramic Processing: In the production of ceramic products, it can be used for the cutting, trimming and polishing of ceramic blanks and other processes. Due to the high hardness and brittleness of ceramic materials, the high hardness and wear resistance of TSP polycrystalline tools enable them to effectively process ceramics and improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of ceramic products.
