The JCB PCD tool composite sheets are produced by sintering diamond Micro-powder with a carbide substrate under high temperature and high pressure, combining the wear resistance of diamond with the strength of carbide. JCB PCD tool composite sheets exhibit extremely high hardness, excellent thermal conductivity, very low friction coefficient and thermal expansion coefficient, and significant chemical inertness with non-ferrous metals and non-metallic materials. JCB PCD tool composite sheets are now widely used in automotive engines and their components, high-precision medical devices, precision electronic components, aerospace equipment, and other fields.

Product Introduction:

Our company produces PCD composite sheets using high-quality diamond Micro-powder as raw material. Through a unique process, the diamond Micro-powder and carbide substrate are sintered under high temperature and ultra-high pressure, resulting in a strong bond between the diamond layer and the carbide layer, with diamond particles connected by D-D bonds. The diamond content of our PCD composite sheets exceeds 90%, providing extremely high hardness and wear resistance, as well as excellent impact toughness. They are ideal composite super-hard materials for achieving turning instead of grinding, enabling high-efficiency and low-cost cutting. Widely used for processing non-ferrous metals such as copper and aluminum, various alloy materials, wood, laminate flooring, graphite, rubber, plastics, ceramics, refractory materials, and other high-hardness, difficult-to-machine composite materials. They can also be used to manufacture support and wear-resistant guide components for testing instruments and other equipment. Custom shapes such as rectangles, triangles, and sectors can be produced based on customer requirements.
