Our company produces PCD composite sheets using high-quality diamond Micro-powder as raw material. Through a unique process, the diamond Micro-powder and carbide substrate are sintered under high temperature and ultra-high pressure, resulting in a strong bond between the diamond layer and the carbide layer, with diamond particles connected by D-D bonds.
