Product Introduction:

The PCD composite sheet produced by our company uses high-quality diamond micropowder as raw material, and uses a unique process to sintered diamond micropowder and cemented carbide matrix under high temperature and ultra-high pressure. The diamond layer and cemented carbide layer are firmly bonded, and the diamond particles are connected by D-D bond. The diamond content of PCD composite sheets produced by our company is more than 90%, which not only has high hardness and wear resistance, but also has good impact toughness, which is the ideal composite superhard material to realize the grinding by turning instead of high efficiency and low cost cutting. Widely used in the processing of copper, aluminum and other non-ferrous metals and all kinds of alloy materials, wood, laminate floor, graphite, rubber, plastic, ceramics, refractory and other high-hardness difficult to process composite materials, can also be used to manufacture testing instruments and other equipment support, guided wear parts.
