JCB JMD series is synthetic mesh diamonds grind grade, refers to fine and ultra-fine grain diamonds with sizes ranging from 60/70 to 800/1000 mesh. This series features golden-yellow crystals with a complete hexoctahedral structure, low impurity content, and excellent transparency. They exhibit outstanding static strength, impact toughness, and thermal stability. The JCB JMD series of synthetic single crystal diamonds are suitable for metal bond, electroplated bond, ceramic bond, and resin bond applications. They are primarily used in the manufacturing of cutting tools, drilling tools, and grinding and polishing tools for precision machining, widely applied in processing optical glass, precision ceramics, semiconductor materials, magnetic materials, sapphire, polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, and various gemstones.
Product Introduction:
Our JMD series of synthetic single crystal diamond refers to fine and ultra-fine grain diamonds with sizes ranging from 60/70 to 800/1000 mesh. This series features golden-yellow crystals with a complete hexoctahedral structure, low impurity content, and excellent transparency. They exhibit outstanding static strength, impact toughness, and thermal stability. Suitable for metal bond, electroplated bond, ceramic bond, and resin bond applications, they are primarily used in the manufacturing of cutting tools, drilling tools, and grinding and polishing tools for precision machining. These tools enable high-speed cutting, improve the smoothness, flatness, and dimensional accuracy of cut surfaces, significantly reduce material loss, and minimize the need for subsequent surface polishing. They are widely applied in processing optical glass, precision ceramics, semiconductor materials, magnetic materials, sapphire, polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon, and various gemstones. Among them, ultra-fine grain diamonds can also serve as raw materials for high-grade PDC (Polycrystalline Diamond Compact) composites. Compared to traditional micron powders, the hexagonal and octahedral fine-grained diamonds maximize the packing density of the powder, increasing the volume of diamond in the PDC and improving the bonding of diamond particles within the PDC. As a result, the synthesized PDC exhibits significantly enhanced wear resistance, impact resistance, and thermal stability compared to traditional micron powders.
