The JCB PCD diamond wire drawing die core is produced using JCB JSDM series diamond Micro-powder, sintered under high temperature and high pressure with the aid of bonding agents. During the sintering process, high-strength diamond bonds form between the diamond microcrystals, strongly binding the diamond Micro-powder particles together to create polycrystalline diamond (PCD). The JCB PCD diamond wire drawing die core exhibits high wear resistance, hardness, and thermal conductivity, as well as excellent mechanical strength and toughness. It is suitable for drawing non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, nickel, and tungsten, as well as stainless steel and various alloy wires, rods, and tubes.
