A PDC drill bit with curved blades features a matching blade profile fitted with high-quality PDC cutters. It is widely used in geological exploration drilling, mine gas drainage drilling, ground grouting and stabilization drilling, and water-well drilling. It delivers high drilling efficiency.
Curved blade design
The blades have a smooth, curved profile that reduces resistance as the bit penetrates the formation and helps maintain a straight borehole. The thickened, reinforced blades offer high impact resistance.
PDC cutters
The diamond layer has very high hardness and good wear resistance, enabling continuous cutting and formation breakdown.
Internal flushing channels
Flushing ports are located between the blades. During drilling, flushing fluid is supplied through these ports to cool the cutters and remove cuttings.
High-strength steel body
The body is made of high-quality alloy steel and has high overall toughness.
High drilling efficiency
Wear and impact resistance
Stable drilling performance
Suitable for drilling mudstone, shale, sandstone, limestone, and other formations ranging from medium-soft to medium-hard.
Coal mine gas drainage and aquifer exploration drilling
Drilling for foundation grouting and stabilization
Shallow water-well drilling and geological exploration drilling
When starting to drill, use a low bit weight and low rotational speed to ensure smooth penetration into the formation.
During drilling, continuously supply sufficient flushing water to cool the cutters and remove cuttings. Drilling without flushing is strictly prohibited.
Reduce the bit weight when encountering hard interbeds or unstable formations prone to caving.
