Diamond Profiled Wheel (also known as diamond forming wheel or profiled diamond grinding wheel) is a super-abrasive tool manufactured with high-quality diamond abrasives and advanced production processes. The product consists of a steel core as the support layer and a diamond abrasive layer as the working layer. It can be fabricated into a variety of special shapes and complex profiles, such as arcs, chamfers, multiple grooves, concave and convex forms, to meet custom grinding requirements for different workpieces. The high hardness of diamond provides excellent grinding performance, making it suitable for precision machining of cemented carbide, glass, ceramics, stone, gemstones, and other hard and brittle materials.
The product features a well-designed structure, light weight, easy installation, good shape retention, a flat surface, high grinding efficiency, and long service life. Available in a complete range of specifications, it is compatible with all domestic and imported grinding equipment.
Made from high-quality diamond abrasive, the wheel has uniform hardness distribution, sharpness, and durability. It offers stable performance in grinding accuracy, grindability, and wear resistance, and can be used for processing a wide variety of materials.
【Application Areas】
Thanks to its outstanding performance, the Diamond Profiled Wheel is widely used in the following industries:
🔹 Stone Processing
Used for profile edge grinding, shaping, chamfering, slot milling, and countertop processing of marble, granite, quartz stone, engineered stone, concrete, and other stone materials. Compatible with CNC machinery and handheld grinders.
🔹 Glass Processing
Used for straight-line edge grinding, rounding, chamfering, and profile grinding of architectural glass, photovoltaic glass, household appliance glass, and automotive glass. Features high feed speed, large depth of cut, and strong profile retention.
🔹 Ceramic Processing
Used for edge grinding, grooving, shaping, and surface finishing of ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, ceramic tools, electronic ceramic components, refractory materials, etc.
🔹 Cemented Carbide / Hard Alloy Processing
Used for contour finishing and edge treatment of cemented carbide tools such as drill bits, milling cutters, and blades, as well as tool reconditioning.
🔹 Hard & Brittle Material Processing
Widely used in precision grinding of high-hardness, high-brittle materials including semiconductor silicon wafers, diamond tools, ceramic bearings, sapphire, magnetic materials, gemstones, crystal, and rare earth materials.
